They all are, without any doubt, the best in terms of knowing the individual needs of their patients and they are so caring and genuine in their approach to making our experience the best in getting us to be physically and emotionally stronger than when we came in. Finally, I absolutely cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about the Occupational and Physical therapists employed here at this facility. Their work attitudes have been so much more positive than any other rehab center. The CNA's here at Highline have answered my call button requests in the shortest time ever and most with a smile, even while having to wear their masks. Highline Rehab is the seventh rehab center I have stayed at within the past five years working to get me back on my feet.
The CNA's have been some of the best people I have ever been helped by. The administrative staff has been so down to earth and yet absolutely professional throughout my stay here.
